PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electronic element having a low driving voltage, in which luminous efficiency, color purity and lifetime are enhanced, and to provide an electronic device including the same.SOLUTION: An organic electronic element includes a first electrode 120, a second electrode 180, and an organic layer between the first electrode and second electrode. The organic layer includes a luminous layer 150, a light-emitting auxiliary layer 151 formed between the first electrode and luminous layer, and a hole transport layer 140 formed between the first electrode and luminous layer.
