PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reflection efficiency in a board for mounting a light-emitting element.SOLUTION: A board for mounting a light-emitting element, includes: an insulation layer; a plurality of connection terminals; and a reflection film. Each connection terminal is formed in the mounting region of a light-emitting element on the insulation layer. The reflection film is laminated on the insulation layer, and the outer peripheral surface of the connection terminal, including a part constituted as a peripheral surface forming a cavity surrounding the mounting region, is in contact with the reflection film. At least a part of the peripheral surface is formed as a curved surface. In the curved surface, the angle formed by a tangent line from an arbitrary point of the peripheral surface toward the side separating from the insulation layer, and a parallel line from an arbitrary point toward the side separating from the connection terminal in parallel with the surface of the insulation layer is larger than 0 degree and smaller than 90 degree, in a cut surface set in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the insulation layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
