PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gain tester capable of shortening test time and achieving cost reduction.SOLUTION: An input-side amplitude detector 4 detects an input-side voltage of a measurement target circuit 1, and an output-side amplitude detector 5 detects an output-side voltage thereof. A first variable gain amplifier 6a amplifies an output from the input-side amplitude detector 4 up to an upper limit of gain specifications, and a second variable gain amplifier 6b amplifies the output from the input-side amplitude detector 4 up to a lower limit of the gain specifications. A first voltage comparator 8a and a second voltage comparator 8b carry out comparison to determine whether an output from the output-side amplitude detector 5 fall within a range between an output value from the first variable gain amplifier 6a and an output value from the second variable gain amplifier 6b. An AND circuit 9 performs an AND operation between an output from the first voltage comparator 8a and an output from the second voltage comparator 8b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
