PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of position measurement while keeping costs low.SOLUTION: A position estimation device comprises: a search unit that searches for candidates for a path along which a communication device can move in response to a request from the communication device; a path analysis unit that determines a movement path for the communication device from the retrieved candidates; and a position estimation unit that estimates the position of the communication device on the basis of the determined movement path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
