PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analysis apparatus for measuring absorbance of mixed solution obtained by mixing a specimen and a reagent inside a reaction vessel, which is capable of cleaning, with a certain quality, contaminants comprising microorganisms, organic substances and inorganic substances in a conduit and a reaction tank possibly affecting the measurement, which is a problem to be solved in the automatic analysis apparatus, by suppressing complexity accompanied with concentration management, such as effective chlorine concentration, of acid solution and alkali solution.SOLUTION: An automatic analysis apparatus includes: a conduit connected to a reaction tank and supplying liquid for immersing a reaction vessel into the reaction tank; and a conduit connected to the reaction tank and discharging the liquid from the reaction tank. The automatic analysis apparatus also includes a pH measurement mechanism for measuring pH of the liquid and provided at least in one place of the reaction tank or the conduit, and the discharge of the liquid from the reaction tank is controlled based on the measurement result by the pH measurement mechanism, thereby solving above problem.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
