PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase allowance of rotation of a joint to an upstream side member or downstream side member, in a case where the upstream side member positioned on an upstream side in a movement direction of fluid and the downstream side member positioned on a downstream side thereof are fixed with the joint.SOLUTION: By holding a part of a first joint 71 between a fixation sheet metal 74 and an external connection contact plug 500, the first joint 71 is fixed to the external connection contact plug 500. Also, an O-ring 710 is arranged on the outer peripheral surface side of a joint body 71A and along the circumferential direction of the joint body 71A. The O-ring 710 closely contact with the outer peripheral surface of the joint body 71A and the external connection contact plug 500, and thereby sterilization water is prevented from being leaked out from between the first joint 71 and the external connection contact plug 500.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
