PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite yarn which exhibits different colors with irregular lengths and can clearly provide beautiful and delicate color patterns; a manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method for the same; and a pile fiber product using the composite yarn.SOLUTION: A composite yarn 1 includes: at least two different-colored yarns 2 and 3 aligned in parallel; and a covering yarn 4 wound around the yarns 2 and 3. The composite yarn 1 is manufactured by: introducing, in a parallel-aligned state, the at least two different-colored yarns 2 and 3 each having primary twists of 0-10 T/m into an upper end yarn inlet 13a of a hollow cylindrical spindle 13 rotating at a high speed and, at the same time, feeding the covering yarn 4 drawn out from a wound body of the covering yarn 4 fitted and fixed to the hollow spindle into the upper end yarn inlet 13a; and while winding the covering yarn 4 around the at least two different-colored yarns 2 and 3 at 100-300/m, passing the composite yarn obtained by winding the covering yarn 4 through the center of a twist control adjustment tool 17 fitted and fixed to a lower end yarn outlet 13b of the hollow spindle 13 and winding the composite yarn under a predetermined tension around a bobbin 7 of a winding part disposed at a lower part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
