PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal substrate which has a long through-hole part used as a fine flow channel and penetrating in the thickness direction, and can reduce pressure loss at the time when fluid passes through the flow channel constituted by the long through-hole part.SOLUTION: A metal substrate having a first surface and a second surface facing the first surface comprises long through-hole parts including a first long through-hole part and a second long through-hole part continuous to the first long through-hole part and having the opening dimension in the short direction smaller than that of the first long through-hole part. Protrusions protruding toward the inner side of the long through-hole parts are positioned on substantially-medium points on side walls of the long through-hole parts. When the cross section of the long through-hole parts in the thickness direction of the metal substrate is seen, the tips of the protrusions are positioned on a line segment connecting a first end positioned on the first surface side and a second end positioned on the second surface side of the side walls or on the outer side of the long through-hole parts from the segment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
