PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for making the difference of stereoscopic degree occurring between an overlapping region and other region adjustable, in a multi-projection system for projecting a stereoscopic image.SOLUTION: A projection apparatus for projecting a plurality of stereoscopic images so as to overlap each other partially, and displaying one stereoscopic image includes projection means for projecting a buoy, i.e., an image for adjusting the stereoscopic degree, corresponding to the parallax of a left-eye image and a right-eye image projected, to a region where a plurality of stereoscopic images overlap, detection means for detecting parallax between a buoy in the left-eye image and a buoy in the right-eye image, based on the captured image of a buoy thus projected, and adjustment means for adjusting the stereoscopic degree of a plurality of stereoscopic images with an adjustment amount determined based on the parallax thus detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
