PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular emergency report apparatus capable of preventing erroneous transmission of a test message as an emergency message, while using a single user interface.SOLUTION: An emergency report apparatus 100, for use in transmitting an emergency message to a message center when an emergency event occurs to a vehicle 200 and a test message for diagnosing applicability of an emergency message, through a transmission button 112 that is a part of a single user interface, includes: a normal mode enabling, through an operation of the transmission button 112, transmission of the emergency message and a test mode enabling transmission of the test message, and additionally a transition mode enabling transmission from the normal mode to the test mode on the basis of a vehicular operation in the normal mode as a trigger. Further, respectively different notifications are transmitted for the aforementioned individual modes through indicators 113R, 113G that are parts of the single interface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
