PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow automatic processing of handwriting information obtained by converting handwriting written on a sheet for writing into digital data to be performed, allow a user to optionally set the processing mode, and allow the user to easily select the processing mode in accordance with the occasion.SOLUTION: A written content processing system comprises: a setting information reception part which receives input of setting information being the set of a processing definition defining processing to be executed to handwriting information indicating the content written on a sheet for writing and a processing identifier entered to the sheet for writing as an identifier for identifying the processing definition; a setting information storage part which stores the received setting information; a handwriting information acquisition part which acquires the handwriting written on the sheet for writing as handwriting information; a processing identifier acquisition part which acquires the processing identifier entered to the sheet for writing; and a handwriting information processing part which executes processing defined by the processing definition being the set with the processing identifier entered to the sheet for writing to the handwriting information indicating the content written on the sheet for writing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
