摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging system and endoscope capable of acquiring an image in which luminance unevenness is suppressed.SOLUTION: An imaging system comprises: an imaging element including a light receiving unit in which a plurality of pixels each of which performs photoelectric conversion on received light to generate an electric signal are arranged in a matrix shape and a reading unit for sequentially reading, for each line, electric signals generated by the plurality of pixels; a light source unit for emitting illumination light; transmissivity change means that is provided on a light path of the illumination light and is capable of changing transmissivity of the illumination light; a timing detection unit for detecting exposure timing at which all of at least reading target pixels can be exposed; and an illumination timing setting unit for setting illumination timing by the illumination light on the basis of exposure timing detected by the timing detection unit. The transmissivity change means changes transmissivity on the basis of the illumination timing set by the illumination timing setting unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
