PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency oscillator generating a high frequency polyphase signal of 100 GHz or more.SOLUTION: In a high frequency oscillator (100) consisting of a plurality of amplifiers (10) connected in loop, the amplifier (10) has a transistor (11) in which the source is grounded, the gate receives a signal, and the drain outputs a signal, and a matching circuit (20) is provided between the stages of two amplifiers (10). The matching circuit (20) is described using a generalization scattering matrix with each impedance, viewed from the drain side and gate side of the transistor when the transistor (11) in the amplifier (10) satisfies the conditions of simultaneous conjugation matching, as a reference impedance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
