PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct end time of a session related to communication between terminals.SOLUTION: Each of call controllers 102 to 104, on the basis of a message on call control between terminals, records a call information including a session's session identifier, start time, end time, and abnormal end information. An information processor 101 collects call information from the call controllers 102 to 104. The information processor 101 searches for first call information including abnormal end information, which shows that a session has ended because of timeout, from a plurality of pieces of information collected from the call controllers 102 to 104. When the first call information is obtained by the search; the information processor 101 searches for second call information including the same session identifier as that of the first call information from the plurality of pieces of call information, and, when the second call information is obtained, replaces end time of the first call information with that of the second call information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
