PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling amount control device for a pneumatic unloader, that is capable of maintaining cargo handling capacity by keeping a constant flow rate while avoiding excessive suction of a bulk material and that is capable of reducing energy consumption.SOLUTION: A cargo handling amount control device for a pneumatic unloader includes: a flow rate sensor 16 which measures a flow rate Q of a bulk material B distributed inside a vertical pipe 10; an inverter 17 which controls revolving speed of a motor 5 for driving a vacuum pump 6; a mixture ratio regulating valve 18 which regulates a suction rate of air in a suction nozzle 12; and a controller 19 which outputs a control signal 17a to the inverter 17 and an aperture regulating signal 18a to the mixture ratio regulating valve 18 so that the flow rate Q of the bulk material B which is measured by the flow rate sensor 16 is a preset target flow rate Q.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
