PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine mounted with a lifting magnet in which failure of an inverter is prevented even when an abnormality occurs in the inverter, and which can prevent fall of a steel material or the like.SOLUTION: Direct current power is supplied to a plurality of inverters from a power source. Each of the plurality of inverters outputs an abnormal signal when action abnormality is detected. The lifting magnet is excited by an electric current supplied from the plurality of inverters. A control circuit transmits a control signal to the plurality of inverters. The control circuit causes one of the plurality of inverters to operate and puts the others of the plurality of inverters into a stand-by state so as not to operate. When an abnormal signal from the acting inverter is detected, the inverter having output the abnormal signal is put into the stand-by state, and one of inverters being in a stand-by state is caused to operate. Output terminals of the plurality of inverters may be parallel-connected to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
