PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning material that facilitates handling for packing.SOLUTION: A cushioning material includes a first cushioning body 1 having a first adhesive material at least on a surface, and a second cushioning body 2 having a second adhesive material at least on a surface. When the first and second cushioning bodies are mixed together to relatively push each other, adhesive strength is developed because the first and second adhesive materials are mixed together.
