PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly eliminate a temperature difference between a surface of a heat insulation material constituting an internal surface of a protection cover and ambient air flowing therein to prevent condensation at the protection cover mounted to a railway vehicle and the like.SOLUTION: In the metal protection cover 10 covering a part exposed to the outside from the vehicle, appropriate number of through-holes 16b, 16c are formed at a diagonally opposite position in a position where surrounding walls 11, 13, 14 face one another, and the heat insulator 20 formed of a resin foam or inorganic material is bonded to the internal surface of the protection cover.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
