PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spread acoustic environment within a vehicle interior without deteriorating an appearance, in a duct with a loudspeaker.SOLUTION: A duct 35 with a loudspeaker is connected to an air-conditioning duct that is extended from HVAC 20. A first duct 35a communicates with a duct 21 for a defroster, which is extended to the side of front window glass of a vehicle from the HVAC 20, and the loudspeaker 37 is internally arranged in such a manner that a front side is directed in the direction of the first duct 35a. A second duct 35b extended to the back side of the loudspeaker 37 communicates with a vent duct 22 that is extended from the HVAC 20.
