PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which uses a calorific material for generating and absorbing heat by applying and removing a warp without using a large-scale magnetic circuit, and is small in size and light in weight.SOLUTION: An air conditioner has: a heat generation unit 110 in which a plurality of heat generation members 110A to 110F for generating and absorbing heat by being applied with heat and removed in the warp are arranged at intervals; a low-temperature side heat exchanging part 120; a high-temperature side heat exchanging part 130; a heat conductive unit 140 in which heat switches 140A to 140G are arranged between and among the heat generation members, the low-temperature heat exchanging part, and the high-temperature side heat exchanging part; a warp control part 150 which applies the warp to the heat generation members, and activates the heat generation members; a heat switch drive part 160 which activates the heat switches; and a drive control part 170 which makes heat conductive between the low-temperature side heat exchanging part and the high-temperature side heat exchanging part by controlling the operation timing of the warp control part and the heat switch control part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
