PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide member 1 having excellent productivity, and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: A long light guide member 1 includes: incident surfaces 4A, 4B provided at end parts in the length direction of the light guide member 1; a reflection surface 5 provided along the length direction of the light guide member 1 and for reflecting the light entered from the incident surfaces 4A, 4B; and an emission surface 6 provided along the length direction of the light guide member 1 and for emitting the light reflected at the reflection surface 5. By performing groove processing on the reflection surface 5, a large number of diffusion grooves 7 for diffusing the light entered the reflection surface 5 from the incident surfaces 4A, 4B are provided in the length direction of the light guide member 1. The large number of diffusion grooves 7 include at least two grooves 70 for inspection. The two grooves 70 for inspection are arranged being separated by a predetermined dimension in the length direction of the light guide member 1 so that a large number of diffusion grooves 7 exist between them both. On the reflection surface 5, an intermediate part in the length direction of each of the two grooves 70 for inspection is configured by a non-groove processing part 700 in which groove processing has not been performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
