PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure with fewer components and to reduce costs by allowing a terminal cover to be firmly fitted to a terminal part without risk of unexpected coming off as a terminal cover covering and protecting the terminal part of an electrical apparatus.SOLUTION: A cylindrical adhering part 52 is communicated with a top plate part of a cover body 51. The cover body and the cylindrical adhering part are integrally formed by an elastic body material. A swelling part 52b for pressure-welding which swells inside in a radial direction is integrally formed in the vicinity of an opening end of the cylindrical adhering part, and an internal diameter a in a free state is smaller than a diagonal dimension &phgr;1 of a nut (terminal fastening metal fitting) 73 having a prismatic outer peripheral surface 73A. The cylindrical adhering part is elastically engaged with the nut along an axial direction. Parts other than the swelling part for pressure-welding of the cylindrical adhering part are separate from the prismatic outer peripheral surface and has an elastic restoration force F that facilitates shrinkage inward in the radial direction. The swelling part for pressure-welding of the cylindrical adhering part is pressure-welded to a ridge part 73b of the prismatic outer peripheral surface by the elastic restoration force F.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
