PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device for effectively using a pressure fluid, by securing early inflation of an airbag body in the initial stage of inflation of the airbag body, restraining an increase in internal pressure of the airbag body when restricting an occupant by the airbag body and properly keeping a balance between the introduction of the pressure fluid and discharge of the pressure fluid after restricting the occupant.SOLUTION: A vent cover 12 and a sub-vent cover 14 allow while regulating a discharge quantity of a pressure fluid from a vent hole 16a in the initial stage of inflation when introducing the pressure fluid into the inside of an airbag body 11, and release regulation of the discharge quantity of the pressure fluid from the vent hole 16a in response to external pressure from an occupant P when restricting the occupant P by the airbag body 11, and reduce the discharge quantity of the pressure fluid from the vent hole 16a when the external pressure from the occupant P reduces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
