PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality ultrasonic motor that does not cause a quality problem caused by a generated slide abrasion powder entering inside a mechanism part, an imaging optical system, or the like.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic motor includes: a projection; a transducer that generates vibrations when a voltage is applied; and a slide member having a contact surface to be in contact with the projection. The transducer moves relative to the slide member by vibrations being generated so that the projection and the contact surface are slid with each other. The slide member is magnetized so as to magnetically attract and hold an abrasion powder generated at the contact surface with the transducer by the sliding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
