PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress load applied to processing for detecting a region having movement.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 100 acquires information df2_3 indicating existence of a difference between blocks corresponding to a frame f3 to be a processing target frame and the other frame f2. The image processing apparatus acquires information df1_2 specifying existence of a difference between blocks corresponding to frames f1, f2 as two frames. The image processing apparatus 100 detects a region having movement from the frame f3 to be the processing target frame on the basis of the information df2_3 and the information df1_2. Concretely when the existence of a difference between blocks corresponding to a certain block indicated by the information df2_3 is indicated or when the existence of a difference between blocks corresponding to a certain block indicated by the information df1_2 is indicated for instance, the image processing apparatus 100 detects that the certain block is a region having movement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
