PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tandem thin film solar battery capable of utilizing light in a wide wavelength band and achieving a high open-circuit voltage and a high photoelectric conversion efficiency as well as excellent durability.SOLUTION: The tandem thin film solar battery includes a first photoelectric conversion layer and a second photoelectric conversion layer between a set of extraction electrodes, and an intermediate electrode disposed between the first photoelectric conversion layer and the second photoelectric conversion layer. The first photoelectric conversion layer has a portion including antimony sulfide, and the second photoelectric conversion layer has a portion including selenide antimony.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
