PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system using a postage stamp as a medium to provide related information to a user quickly and easily, and a postage stamp used for the system.SOLUTION: A postage stamp 50 has a pattern 60 printed thereon, the pattern including a color code 61 which provides predetermined output when being read by a terminal 30 having a code reader.
