PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image division device configured to automatically divide an image in which operation to be performed for object facilities is imaged into a section according to operation.SOLUTION: A hand detection unit 4 detects a hand area as part or all of a hand reflected in a frame by each of the frames of an image. A facility detection unit 3 detects a facility area as the area of object facilities reflected in a frame by each of the frames of an image. An operation estimation unit 5 estimates an operation degree as likelihood of execution of operation relative to the object facilities on the basis of the detected hand area and facility area. An index providing unit 6 divides the image into a section according to a provided index by providing the index to each frame of the image on the basis of a time sequence all over the image of the operation degree.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
