PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent condensation from occurring on an induction coil thereby to prevent deterioration of insulation performance of the induction coil.SOLUTION: An induction heating roller device includes: a roller body 2; an induction heating mechanism 3 provided at the inside of the roller body 2 and having an induction coil 32 causing induction heating of the coil body 2; a cooling mechanism 4 introducing a misty cooling medium into between the roller body 2 and the induction heating mechanism 3 thereby to cool the roller body 2; an AC voltage application section 51 applying an AC voltage on the induction coil 32; and a DC voltage application section 52 applying a DC voltage on the induction coil 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
