PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finely keep dimensional accuracy by fixing a shell-integrated fixed scroll in an axial direction.SOLUTION: A shell-integrated scroll 28 of a scroll type compressor 10 is equipped with a cylindrical center housing 22 (a shell) which is integrally molded with an end plate 12a on which a scroll lap 12b is raised, and connected with the whole circumference of an outer periphery of the end plate 12a at a base end portion and extended in an axial direction at a tip end portion. A wall of a part of the shell makes a thick-wall portion 84 formed in a thick-wall state from a base end side end surface 22a to a tip end side end surface 22b. At the thick-wall portion, a screwing hole 22c of a bolt 30 fastening a rear housing 24 to the end surface 22a extends from the end surface 22a toward the end surface 22b, and a screwing hole 22d of a bolt 40 fastening a front housing 26 to the end surface 22b extends from the end surface 22b toward the end surface 22a. An opposite surface 86 opposing in the axial direction is formed by notching a part of the thick-wall portion 84 in a circumferential direction of the shell between the end surfaces 22a and 22b, and a locking portion is locked to the opposite surface to add a load in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
