PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intuitively notify an operator clearly about details of a determination result and progress of a measurement result, in continuously measuring objects having the same shape by means of a part program function.SOLUTION: An image measurement apparatus (1) configured to list-display a determination result based on a result of measuring an object (workpiece 12) placed on a stage 13 by use of a captured image display screen 34A that displays an image captured by a camera 20, on a list 34B, separately from a captured image (34A) of the object (12) includes: an individual determination result display area 34B1 for displaying an individual determination result by measurement position; and an overall determination result display area 34B2 for displaying an overall determination result by object (12).
