PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic solar cell excellent in conversion efficiency and a method for manufacturing the organic solar cell.SOLUTION: An organic solar cell includes a lower electrode 10, a first buffer layer 12, a photoelectric conversion layer 14, a hole-transporting second buffer layer 16 adjacent to the photoelectric conversion layer, and an upper electrode 18, in the order, the second buffer layer including a surface tension reducing agent. Although there are no particular restrictions to the surface tension reducing agent if a surface tension of a liquid can be reduced by the surface tension reducing agent, examples of the surface tension reducing agent include a fluorine-containing additive and a silicon-containing additive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
