PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber temperature distribution measuring device that has excellent spatial resolution by conducting such correction that a dispersion characteristic is properly grasped in each point of a sensor fiber and the dispersion characteristic is canceled.SOLUTION: An optical fiber temperature distribution measuring device, configured such that an optical fiber is used as a sensor and temperature distribution along the optical fiber is measured using Raman backscattered light, includes: means for obtaining a dispersion characteristic in a far end spot of the optical fiber; means for obtaining a dispersion characteristic per unit length of the optical fiber on the basis of the dispersion characteristic at the far end spot of the optical fiber; and means for calculating a correction parameter for correcting a dispersion characteristic of the optical fiber on the basis of a dispersion characteristic at each spot of the optical fiber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
