摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode active material for lithium secondary batteries which is superior in endurance.SOLUTION: A positive electrode active material for lithium secondary batteries comprises: a spinel phase formed by a nickel-and-manganese-containing complex oxide of a spinel type crystal structure including at least lithium (Li), nickel (Ni) and manganese (Mn); and a lamellar rock salt phase formed by a transition metal complex oxide of a lamellar rock salt type crystal structure including at least lithium (Li) and at least one transition metal element. As to any of the nickel-and-manganese-containing complex oxide forming the spinel phase, and the transition metal complex oxide forming the lamellar rock salt phase, the oxide includes fluorine (F) in addition to oxygen (O).SELECTED DRAWING: None
