PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel structure that is able to reduce uneasy feeling that may be imparted to a passenger seated in the front passenger seat in a high vehicle speed range.SOLUTION: On an instrument panel 3, a horopter face 10 having a predetermined vertical width and extending in a vehicle width direction is formed at a rear end part on a front passenger seat 5 side. The horopter face 10 is a plane where points and lines at and along which distances perceived by passengers J seated in the front passenger seat are identical. The horopter face 10 has an inclined face raised forward in a side cross-sectional view, and has a curved face located gradually rearwards toward left and right sideways in a plane sectional view. In a high vehicle speed range, a passenger seated in the front passenger seat J views the horopter face 10. Thereby her or his own spatial position is instantly grasped and uneasy feeling is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
