PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid passage imaging device and a fluid passage imaging method capable of imaging a three-dimensional image of a fluid passage with a simple method.SOLUTION: Coherent light 21 emitted from a light source 2 is divided into object light 21a radiated to fluid circulating in a flow passage 1, and reference light 21b. Scattering light 22 emitted from a region where the object light 21a is radiated interferes with the reference light 21b; interference bands are imaged; a three-dimensional image is formed from plural images in which a phase of the reference light 21b is different from each other; and then the plurality of three-dimensional images is subjected to addition processing or averaging processing to obtain a three-dimensional image of the flow passage 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
