PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide server system capable of determining, when a request comes from a cloud platform service from which environment request for document generation service comes.SOLUTION: A document generation service manages a tenant ID and an organization ID of a cloud platform service together with an access token while associating with organization category. When a cloud platform service transmits a parameter of a document generation request including a tenant ID and own organization ID, the document generation service uses the tenant ID and the access token which agrees with the organization ID as a parameter to execute a document generation processing by using URL to the cloud platform service according to the organization category.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
