PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor unit having high reliability and stable detection accuracy.SOLUTION: A sensor module 25 (inner case 20) is bonded to a side wall of an outer case 1 via a bonding member 10. In other words, the inner case 20 and outer case 1 are bonded together only via the bonding member 10. Here, the bonding member 10 is constituted of a material that is more flexible (elastic) than the outer case 1, and therefore serves the function of absorbing (damping) the noise vibration transmitted from the outer case 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
