摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triaxial spherical motor capable of suppressing a manufacturing cost by reducing a number of components and performing drive control in high accuracy.SOLUTION: The triaxial spherical motor of the present invention comprises: a fixing part and a spherical rotor each formed of a magnetic material; an U-shaped magnetostrictive member in contact with the spherical rotor in a beam part connecting to two legs fixed to the fixing part; a columnar magnetostrictive member and a columnar metal member in which one end portion is fixed to the fixing part and the other end portion is in contact with the spherical rotor; a coil to be wound to two legs of U-shaped magnetostrictive member and the columnar magnetostrictive member; and a magnet applying a bias magnetic field to the U-shaped magnetostrictive member and the columnar magnetostrictive member and holding the spherical rotor by the magnetic force. The spherical rotor is three-point supported by portions in contact with the three-members. The spherical rotor is supported by the three-members, and therefore, a manufacturing cost can be reduced. Further, even when any one position of positions of three-members is changed due to the three-point support, the spherical rotor can be stably supported and realizes a drive control in high accuracy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
