摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration and an analysis method that can simultaneously observe a plurality of fluorescent dyes in the entire field of view, and can precisely identify the dyes.SOLUTION: A fluorescence observation device includes: a first dichroic mirror that reflects excitation light, and passes fluorescent light therethrough; a second dichroic mirror that separates the fluorescent light emitted from fluorescent dyes at a different rate for each dye; and at least two two-dimensional sensors that detect each fluorescent light after separation. The first dichroic mirror and the second dichroic mirror are arranged to be inclined in the same direction with respect to an optical axis. In a field of view where measurement is performed, the dyes can be precisely separated by changing an analysis algorithm depending on a place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
