PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid consuming device for restraining reduction in visibility of the tank inside.SOLUTION: A liquid consuming device comprises: an ink tank 100 having an ink chamber for storing ink, a front wall 101 for defining front one end of the ink chamber and capable of visually confirming the ink in the ink chamber from the outside and an injection port 112 penetrating through the front wall 101 for injecting the ink into the ink chamber; a recording head for consuming the ink stored in the ink chamber; and a cover oppositely provided to the front wall 101 in the longitudinal direction and covering the front wall 101. The cover comprises: a non-transmission part for passing through the lower end of the injection port 112 among the front wall 101 and making an area including a virtual line 151 extending in the vertical direction, visually unconfirmable from the outside; and a slit 72 capable of visually confirming the area dislocated in the lateral direction 9 to the virtual line 151 among the front wall 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
