PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hip bathing reclining wheelchair allowing for variably adjusting an angle between a seat surface and a backrest.SOLUTION: A hip bathing wheelchair includes a carrying part 50 and a chair unit 1. The chair unit 1 includes: a seat surface 2; a backrest 3; slide guides for sliding the seat surface 2 in a front and rear direction; link mechanisms 60 for inclining the backrest 3 in connection with the slide operation of the seat surface 2; and lock means for locking the seat surface 2 at an arbitrary slide position. When the seat surface 2 is guided by the slide guides so as to be slid forward/backward, the backrest 3 is also inclined via the link mechanisms 60, so that the chair can be adjusted at a comfortable reclining angle for a cared person. When the seat surface 2 is moved forward, a reclining angle becomes larger. When the seat surface 2 is moved backward, a reclining angle becomes smaller. Thus, the cared person comfortably can bathe sitting in the wheelchair without feeling infliction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
