PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device having a vibrating reed and a radio communication IC integrated into one chip, and enabling the acquisition of a highly accurate oscillation frequency and provide an electronic apparatus, a moving body, etc.SOLUTION: A radio communication circuit 200 comprises a vibrating reed 30 and a semiconductor device 20 connected to the vibrating reed 30. The semiconductor device 20 includes: an oscillator circuit 100 formed of the vibrating reed 30; and a radio communication circuit 200 which includes an amplifier for amplifying a radio signal generated based on the oscillation signal from the oscillator circuit 100. The vibrating reed 30 and the semiconductor device 20 are housed in one package 10. On the package 10, an excitation electrode of the vibrating reed 30 is disposed in a manner not to be overlaid with the amplifier in a plan view of the semiconductor device 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
