PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a possibility for a control instruction of which the priority is regarded higher to be continuously implemented for an excessively long time in a controller which receives control instructions from a plurality of manipulation devices and controls equipment to be controlled in accordance with the received control instruction.SOLUTION: A control instruction 60A is acquired from a manipulation device A, a control instruction 60B is acquired from a manipulation device B, it is discriminated whether the control instruction 60A or 60B is more preferential, and a control command 70A corresponding to the control instruction 60A decided more preferential is transmitted to equipment X to be controlled. On the basis of a condition that an operational state 80A corresponding to the control instruction 60A decided more preferential is continued in the equipment X to be controlled for a priority time PA, in place of the control instruction 60A decided more preferential, a control command 70B corresponding to the control instruction 60B that is not decided more preferential is transmitted to the equipment X to be controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
