PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration exciting device capable of applying proper vibration by using a horizontal plate securing a comparatively large planar size to perform an efficient vibration operation, and even by using a plurality of vibration exciters, and to provide a method for solidifying a kneaded material.SOLUTION: There is provided a vibration exciting device fluidizing "a kneaded material" prepared by kneading the mixture of incineration ash, cement and water. The device comprises at least two horizontal plates, vibration exciters, connection frames, pillars, mounting fixtures and frequency variable means. The vibration exciters are installed to at least two horizontal plates, respectively. The frequency variable means enables change of the frequency of the vibration exciter while continuously vibrating. The vibration attenuating bodies are disposed between adjacent horizontal plates and between the horizontal plate and the connection frame and thereby, the transmission of vibration in the horizontal plate is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
