PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a solar battery without increasing the number of parts.SOLUTION: A solar panel 135 is fixed and positioned by mounting a bottom board receiving ring 126 on a bottom board 125 and engaging a fixing tab 135a-3 of the solar panel 135 with a panel hook part 126a formed on the bottom board receiving ring 126 at a second position R2 and a fourth position R4.
