PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-liquid separator capable of improving treatment efficiency and contributing to the reduction of running cost.SOLUTION: Sludge flocculated in a mixing tank 4 is charged to the concentration section 12A of a dewatering transportation portion 12 in a solid-liquid separator body 2. The dewatering transportation portion 12 is composed of the concentration section 12A and a dewatering section 12B and both transport the sludge by the parallel motion of plates. The concentration section 12A and the dewatering section 12B are driven by separate drive sources (motors) and the driving speed of the concentration section 12A is set to be faster than the driving speed of the dewatering section 12B. Accordingly, good dewatering can be performed at the dewatering section 12B while increasing the supply amount of the sludge to the concentration section 12A and then treatment capacity can be increased in a state of making the water content of a dewatered cake constant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
