PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isolator/circulator junction having excellent impedance matching even when miniaturized.SOLUTION: Embodiments of an isolator/circulator junction capable of being used for radio-frequency (RF) equipment and a method of manufacturing such a junction are disclosed. The junction can have excellent impedance matching even when miniaturized, providing significant advantages over previously used junctions. Such a junction can be formed from both high and low dielectric materials.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 26A
