PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device, date/time setting method and program that can improve user convenience when acquiring a local time in an area around a coast area.SOLUTION: An electronic device comprises: counting means that counts a current date/time; current location acquisition means that acquires a current location; determination means that determines a time zone having the acquired current location included; and local time acquisition means that obtains a local time corresponding to a time difference of the time zone determined by the determination means. The determination means is configured to change a boundary line to a sea side in a prescribed distance range from a coastal line when the boundary line of the time zone is along the coastal line, and determine the time zone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
