PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication system, an authentication method and a program in an Internet banking.SOLUTION: An authentication system according to one embodiment of the invention comprises: means for receiving authentication request information including a one-time password and transaction information from a user; means for determining whether or not, a digit of the one-time password received from the user is an effective digit, according to an authentication system applied to the authentication request information; means for registering the authentication request information to a database when the digit of the one-time password received from the user is the effective digit, and referring to user information which has been registered in the database in advance; means for creating a one-time password for checking, based on the transaction information registered in the database and the referred user information; and means for checking the one-time password received from the user and the created one-time password for checking, for determining whether or not these passwords match.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
